Why Choose Us?

Loving your pets since 1996

With so many vets in Worcestershire and the West Midlands, why choose us? Here are some reasons why we think our clients and their pets love our practice.

Clent Hills Vets has been providing first-class veterinary care for pets across Worcestershire and the West Midlands since 1996. We believe in investing in our people who are the heart and soul of our practice, as well as our equipment and facilities to ensure we can always provide the very best in pet healthcare.

Our three vet practices offer a wide range of services from dental care and microchipping, to weight & diet clinics and senior pet care support. Plus, we have a state-of-the-art fitness & rehabilitation centre in Bromsgrove that enables us to provide a holistic approach to pet health and wellbeing.

A Clent Hills’ Pet will be in excellent hands and will have all their healthcare needs taken care of in one place. Why would you take them anywhere else?

Our Promise to You

  • Level of Care - We are continuously looking for ways to improve the service and level of care we can offer to you and your pets, and that includes ongoing investment in our treatment facilities and equipment.

  • Happy People - Our people are the heart of our practice and we will continue to invest in them and nurture them to ensure we have a happy, driven and professional team, who are here for you. Meet our team

Our roomy patient accommodation has comfortable bedding, and soothing music for cats, and is also where your pet will rest and recover ready for you to take them home.
  • Out of hours emergency pet care service - We run our own emergency pet care service during the week, which means we can provide continuity of care for our patients by our own experienced vets and nurses who have direct access to your pet’s records.
Our friendly colleagues at VetsNow take care of this service over the weekend - If you have a pet health emergency out of hours you can call any of our practice numbers for assistance.
  • Ample separation for cat, dogs & small furries - To reduce any unnecessary stress on your pets, we have separate waiting areas for dogs and cats at our Bromsgrove & Hagley practices. Plus, they will be admitted to our separate dog, cat, and small furries patient wards before their treatment or procedure.
If your pet is nervous around other pets and you’re attending our Rubery practice, just give our team a call beforehand and we can arrange a quiet space for your pet to settle in.
  • We care about your pet's fitness & wellbeing - We believe teamwork is key when it comes to offering the best care. Our Vets work closely with our Pet Fitness & Rehab team which enables us to provide a holistic approach to your pet’s fitness or rehabilitation needs.
Complementary therapies such as hydrotherapy and physiotherapy are used alongside traditional veterinary treatment and medicines, to help manage pain levels, speed up healing, and improve your pet’s overall wellbeing.
