Keeping your horse’s equine flu vaccinations up to date can prevent serious disease. Equine flu affects the upper and lower respiratory tract of horses, which leads to a very sore throat, nasal discharge and a bad cough.

If your horses vaccines have lapsed, we can help you get “back on track” as we are pleased to offer you a flu vaccine amnesty kindly sponsored by Merial animal Health who provide our flu vaccines. We choose this vaccine as it contains the latest flu virus strains which offer your horses the most up to date protection.  You may have seen our FIT TO GO posts over the last few days.  Any horse that is older than 12 months of age that has not been vaccinated against flu or that needs to re-start the course can now have the second vaccine of the primary course free (visit charges still apply)

The amnesty will take place between the 20th July to the 31st August 2015.  Please contact the reception team for more information and to book. 01562 701334
