Clent Hills Hagley are amazing with my dog Arthur. He came in for a routine operation, I was reassured the whole time and kept up to date.
He had a great pre-op check and Dom the Vet and his team of Veterinary nurses Sarah and Sophie did an amazing job looking after Arthur. He woke up well post-op and he came home a happy boy.

Can’t thank Clent Hills Hagley enough for the treatment my dog received when in for neutering today. I have a french bulldog who is extremely anxious in the vet environment, and the team provided me with medication to calm him down before arrival which made a massive difference to his whole experience. I have never seen him go in/ come out the vets looking so relaxed! Once again thank you to the team for making the process as stress free as possible. He’s now sunbathing at home recovering 😎☀️

Truly 5* service above and beyond. Just wanted to thank Jayne who was on reception at Bromsgrove today who very kindly and without being asked, on her way home, collected my dogs pain meds from Hagley practice and dropped them to us at home meaning my dog didn't have to suffer in pain over the weekend. Very grateful of how kind and caring Jayne was. Thank you.

My dog had emergency surgery just yesterday. We are so very very grateful for all who looked after her with so much care and attention. Liz the vet updated me every couple of hours, and nurse Kerry called in evening followed by a text late at night! I felt reassured that my beloved pet was receiving the best possible medical attention carried out with love and care.

In the present climate things are difficult, my dog needed to go to sleep. My own vet could not accommodate us as we couldn’t be with him during this precious time, so obviously we were anxious going to an unknown practice however these people went above and beyond gave us time, were compassionate, empathetic, and exceptionally professional. They gave us a paw print and lock of hair and forget me not seeds we were not expecting. It is the little things that count. Thank you so much for giving us that precious moment to be there and remember fondly our old boy. once again thank you from our ♥️

I must have phoned 15 vets in the area trying to find one with enough compassion to let my mom be with her dog while he was put to sleep and Clent Hills were one of only 2 that would allow it. I know safety measures have to be taken at the moment but this should be where sensible precautions and common sense come into play.The lady that booked us in on the phone was so kind and helpful and then Andre, the vet that did the procedure was great with our dog, very understanding and compassionate. Thank you so much Clent Hills for making today a little easier.

Recently we had the unfortunate event where our cat ozzy had passed away unexpectedly - we had only moved to hagley a short time and had not had chance to registered our pets with a veterinary surgery. I contacted Clent Hills Vets and they could not have been more empathetic and helpful. I was given an appointment with a vet and told to bring ozzy in that day - they discussed options for pet cremation and made a very difficult process a bearable one. I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and for going above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted. They even took the initiative to take paw prints for us from ozzy which is a beautiful keepsake and one we will treasure - what a fantastic and lovely team, Thank You

Saw us almost straight away despite being very busy. Our cat had been injured in a fight and had two quite nasty wounds. Always friendly and explain the situation to us properly and are excellent with our fur babies which is what it's all about.

The reception staff are helpful and friendly, the vets are marvellous. Options were discussed (outside of course) and costs involved. I can’t recommend highly enough. I left some medication at the surgery, not only did they call to tell me but one of the team delivered it to me on her way home 8.30pm! Can’t thank enough.

My experience with the team at Clent Hill Vets in Bromsgrove has been excellent. It is always easy to book an appointment for my dog and the advice I've received has been thorough and well explained. We also enjoyed the puppy parties last year and the first aid webinar ran for free earlier this year. I would highy recommend this surgery.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and caring. It has always been easy to get an appointment when needed, even during the pandemic. We once had to use the out of hours service and were seen within 30 minutes. The TLC club is really handy as don’t need to think about buying flea and wormer separately, vaccinations etc. Definitely recommend Clent Hills and really pleased we registered with them when we got our cat 😊

I could not in a million years find a better vets than clent hills ..I use bromsgrove practice ..my dog got acute pancreatitus I nearly lost him I was absolutely devastated as unknowingly I caused it by giving him titbits of human food and over the years it affected his pancreas hes now on prescription food for the rest of his life..but he's here thats the main thing ..I can never thank Mr Edwards and his team enough ..he saved my baby boys life ..the aftercare was second to non ..I was allowed to spend as much time as I wanted never rushed just so kind ..then my baby had to have 4 lumps removed I was mortified but once again mr Edward's and his team were there reasurting and supportive ..they were removed and thankfully benign ..all the way they were there for me if needed ..I would never trust my baby boy with anyone for procedures other than clent Hills vets ..x

We’ve been taking our animals here for 2 years now, we have them all registered for the TLC scheme - which is great! However, it’s the staff that make this place amazing. During lockdown we had to go to the bromsgrove branch which, in my opinion, wasn’t as well run. The Rubery team always call you back when they say they will, they know who you are so you don’t have to keep repeating yourself every time you call and more importantly, they love your animals they way you do. Our boy, Dexter, had many, many visits in the last 10 months before he lost his fight with cancer. They showed him nothing but care and compassion. Then during his final visit, they let him fall asleep in our arms and gave us time to say goodbye to him. I’ve never know any other vets like it, we have the remaining 4 animals (2 cats and 2 dogs) registered there and I’ll never take them anywhere else again. Dex was notorious for not eating, he’d been admitted to another vets several times in the past and we had to bring him home as they were worried he’d not eaten, we even tried to feed him there but he would never entertain the idea. However, Kassie could always get him to eat, and in return for her kindness to him, he showed her love by purring non-stop and occasionally meowing to her when she spoke to him. If you’re looking for a vets practice that actually care for your animal as if it was their own, you’ve found it.

I had to take my dog to the Hagley practice, due to her back legs collapsing. Sadly I had no choice but euthanasia. Myself and my dog were treated with such compassion and kindness and my dog Jess most importantly was put to sleep with dignity. Thank you clent hills vets.

I can't overstate how impressed I feel after taking my dog Nissa here today for the first time. The whole team went above and beyond in their warmth and friendliness. The vet I saw was extremely kind, patient, and helpful despite being tired at the end of a long work day. She understood and answered all of my concerns as my dog has a lot of health issues. She immediately recognised and diagnosed all of my dog's problems as if she'd been my dog's vet for years. All of the staff were wonderful with my dog. The price was reasonable and amazing value for the level of care the vet took. Also, they were covid secure and took it seriously which is great to see. I'm thrilled and very grateful to find such an excellent clinic.

Great vets after being a user of vets 4 pets for 6+ years we changed to here and would never go back. All vets are very caring and loving towards our pets. Fran, Laura and Steph who are vets for the vets group are wonderful at their jobs. They can always get you seen when needed and never leave your pet waiting for care. Reception staff are very kind and polite, always thorough and know what they're doing as do all the staff here. Really couldn't rate them any higher!

Clent vets in rubery is the only Place we will take our Dogs. The team are so caring not only of the animals but of their owners too! staff here are so lovely and genuine so caring they helped our cat Sheba who had an injured spine this stopped our cat from walking pooing eating jumping but . We found out our neighbour hit her with a brick after admitting this and said she hates cats. She also attacked our other cat who now became unwell too. Police won’t do anything. Neither will rspca . They do not seem to care about animals being hurt by people.Our cat was sort of paralysed but this was reversed afterWeeks of acupuncture vets at manor vets were baffledHow it had made a paralysed cat walk again and everything else they said next time they get a pet with similar issue they will try acupuncture because it exceeded their expectations and blood circulation boost seemed to help.We did not really like laser therapy because we felt this would make our cat go a step backwards so we discontinued this. Our cat was kind of stiff on her legs after this but acupuncture and physio. Helped and it was like magic.Anyways all vets we saw said our cat was a miracle cat that she began walking after10 sessions of acupuncture 10 sessions of hydrotherapy and physio therapy . Sheba really loved getting a massage and acupuncture it made her super relaxedThank you to all the staff here for all your hard work and support all of you are wonderful keep it up and stay positive minded.

Took a cat as she was having trouble going to the toilet. She was seen within a few minutes of arrival and greeted by name. The vet was very thorough and said there was no problem and she was very healthy.

What a wonderful vets this is, the staff are so welcoming. My little puppy unfortunately fractured her knee and within 2 days had to have an operation, they kept me informed throughout the day and gave me hope the operation would run perfectly fine. My family want to say a HUGE thank you for the team for looking after my beautiful girl yesterday and saving her little life. We rushed into the Vets after Tilly had been stung by what we think was a Honey Bee but we cannot be sure. Anyway she deteriorated fast and went into anaphylactic shock within minutes, unfortunately we were on a walk so it was a race back home for us to get to the vets. we were there within 30-40 minutes of the sting and she was grey :(
i havent felt that scared and panicked in a long while.
thank goodness for the Vet, he did a fabulous job of bringing Tilly back to us, sadly I cannot remember his name but we are eternally grateful ❤

I cannot praise the staff here enough. We had to have our 18 year old cat put to sleep. Ivan is such a compassionate and professional vet. He really helped us deal with the decision. He very kindly suggested us having my boys paw prints taken as a keepsake and it’s a very special, simple thing to do. Clearly we were distressed so we were escorted out avoiding the main reception and you are able to go back to settle the bill in your own time. I have been dreading the day my cat had to go and although heartbreaking the staff were fantastic. The care all of my animals get here is first rate.

My dog Rocky is currently undergoing investigations for IBD with bloods and scans done. Awaiting a possible biopsy soon. The vet we see is Dom and he is amazing and very knowledgeable. The care my dog has received has been second to none. He even rang today with one of the blood test results and to see how my dog is doing. There is going to be a need for ongoing management for his condition until stabilised. Can not recommend them highly enough and they do not over charge. I also recommend Petplan as these vets deal direct. So you pay the excess and they do the rest. You get what you pay for! Thank you Clent Hills.

Well, where to start.. On Sunday 8th December we faced the most difficult decision in our lives and that was to put our Tessy, a 15.5yr old staffy X to sleep. We came in a large number to see her through.

We had to have our beloved little dog put to sleep this morning. I couldn’t have asked for better care , we were taken in and out of the back doors so we didn’t have to go through the waiting room , not just distressing for us but for other people witnessing our distress . I rang clients hills on saturday in a bit of a state as a neighbours dove had jumped into our garden and attacked my shitzu. they were fantastic calming me down on the phone and telling me to bring tilly straight down. on arriving I was seen by Dominic and he was great explained everything took tilly away to be sedated and then brought her back to me in the waiting room after she had had her stitches. just wouldnt go anywhere else. all staff are fantastic. picture of tilly after will got her home on saturday

Poppy doesn’t warm to people very much because of her past but always wags her tail at Liz.

My Staffordshire bull terrier Lola has recently been operated on at Clent hills vets by Dominic. I cannot praise him enough, the operation was successful which of course was brilliant. I have been using this surgery for decades and have always been impressed with the treatment received from the vets and the rest of the staff team. Over the years the team have treated many of my rescue animals with care and I feel confident to take my animals there. I would recommend Clent Hills vets to others and if you have smaller animals as in rodents I'd recommend Stephanie Greenwood for being very experienced in small animal care and treatment.

Woody was diagnosed with elbow dysplasia at just 8 months old and underwent surgery to remove bone fragments from his elbow, we are in the process of building up his muscles (vets orders) and part of his recovery has been our weekly hydrotherapy sessions.
I have real admiration and appreciation to you guys for everything you have done and are continuing to do to help Woody lead a normal, healthy life.

Nellie our Bernese mountain dog is 10 weeks post op of her 2nd cruciate surgery this year. She had laser therapy 4 days after op and is now having her treadmill sessions again! She loves coming to the centre and particularly loves Harriet!! (And the fish!)

I have know this practice since it was overtons when I worked there when I was 16 vets always did their up most, loved thier honesty and professional way of working.

Shadow was referred by vet due to a leg injury, she was a bit worried to start with when the water started to come in the treadmill but every care was taken to reassure her and with a supply of treats shadow soon gained in confidence, looking forward to next session😀🐕🐾💜

My cat Zorro almost died several times, the vets here managed to save him. The care that the vets provided is outstanding, I didn't think anyone could care more about our cat than we do!! They tried absolutely everything!! I want to mention Barbra, Laura and Allun, for not giving up on our boy, and for working extremely long hours throughout the day and night to care for him and all the other animals. We were allowed in any time to see him, and they always made time for us even though they must of been so busy with appointments. It's nice to know we have a good vets that we can rely on to look after our pets in the future �

These ladies wow!! Emily started treating my 13yr retired agility collie cross last October for Osteoarthritis in her hips and Lumbosacral Disease. Through regular laser and massage sessions we have our naughty funny girl back, getting up to all sorts of mischief. Emily and Harriet also fitness swim/treadmill my young WSD who is just starting his agility career. They are both so patient, kind and considerate. You guys are just the best, thank you

I can't fault the customer care and the knowledge of the vets. Just a couple of points that have reduced my feedback:
1. Having never taken our 4 year old dog to the vets, other than the usual jabs etc, it was quite a shock to be charged £193.36 for a 10 minute consultation and a diagnosis of 'an allergy'. (£133 of this was for 3 weeks worth of tablets). The vet had given me absolutely no idea of costs involved during the consultation, so when paying at reception my face must have looked a picture.
Luckilly it was payday and I had that sort of money. Had it been last week it would have been a very different story. I can claim just under £100 back through insurance, which has softened the blow ( slightly).
2. Although it's nice for customers to handle items they wish to purchase, I think it would be a much better idea to have your treats etc behind the reception. It's a sensory overload for any dog entering a reception full of animals without the addition of treats surrounding them.

Sadly had an emergency situation in the night, last night, with my friend's dog. The vet she uses wanted us to get to Smethwick!! It was obvious to me this would be his last journey as he was elderly and very poorly anyway. We are both in our late sixties with mobility issues apart from the distress of the situation and being 2am. I looked for something nearer and found that Clent Hills provide a 24/7 service. We took the little chap there and could not have better care. The lovely vet we saw was kind and tender (Anna), explained everything and once the decision was made that it was time, the procedure was completed efficiently and quickly with great kindness. It was also not inordinately expensive as some places can be. Thank you so much. Nothing will stop the pain and distress of a situation like this but it was considerably easier with the wonderful care.

In January i had to make the decision to ask Clent Hills Hagley for their help regarding my companion Stafford who simply gave up after the recent death of my wife . Joao and Sarah visited me and and gave my girl every chance to go on which to me was much needed support but alas we all agreed to let her go. Friendly service and both my dogs are greeted warmly and by name as am I. Neither or them have a problem going there and I feel listened to and feel my dogs are treated well. Ultimately, I have searched for a vet similar to one they saw prior to moving to this area, that I could trust. Trust is very important as when dogs are sick they can't tell you what is wrong.

I can't recommend Clent Hills (particularly the Rubery branch) enough.
I thought I had it good at my previous vets but I decided to move as Clent Hills is now easier for me to get to.
Appointments are always on time (if not early!) and Will and Barbara are absolutely lovely. They take a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of my cat and always know up to date case history meaning I don't have to start from scratch in explaining her problems at every appointment.
Appointments are never rushed and they always take time to talk through treatment options, rationales for their suggestions and answer any questions that I have.
Will has also called me on numerous occasions to give me updates and always returns my calls when needed.
I should also say that the reception staff and people on the phone lines are amazing as well - always willing to do that little bit extra to help!

I have been using Clent Hills for around 8 years and cannot recommend them enough.
I find the staff really helpful whether that is offering advice over the phone or when I am visiting the clinic. My dog, Archie, see's Alun for his appointments. Alun always takes time to listen to what is wrong and offers lots of great advice and solutions to help and really cares about what is best for Archie. The appointments are never rushed which is refreshing having previously been at vets where you are required to be in and out in 5 minutes.
The support staff have also been really helpful, especially when it comes to processing the numerous insurance claims and were also always on hand to offer advice on the process etc.

My cat went into Bromsgrove today to be spayed, I was very nervous about him, but was reassured by the vet and staff that everything would be fine, I was called as soon as Hector came round, he was home by 4pm, as if nothing had been done, and has been fine all evening Thanks to everyone at Clent Hills !!

Brought puppy in for his second vaccinations and all was fine and staff were lovely so that was a good start.
Then earlier this evening the little monster discovered and ate some chocolate covered raisins OMG. I called the out of hours number and the vet called back within a few minutes, I explained what had happened and he advised what the options were. I took him straight down and the vet (Will) and assistant again explained the situation and took him back to make him vomit then Will returned several times to update us -resulting in us being able to take him home. So far he seems totally back to normal but I feel very reassured with Will saying any problem just call them and they'll get him back in straight away.
Very glad we chose Clent Hills and would recommend to everyone.

Will at Clent Hills Vets has been the most amazing vet we have had. Unfortunately my cat had already been diagnosed with cancer before we registered with them, but I would not hesitate to recommend them. Will is always so kind, compassionate and friendly. He always seems to remember us and our case and always has time for us and never makes us feel rushed. He is always willing to talk to me and comes up with new suggestions to help give Sharky the best quality of life while we can. I never have any trouble getting to speak to him when needed as he always gets back to me promptly. We moved to Clent Hills Vets as it was our new closest vet after it opened and my cat hates traveling and is very hostile at the vets. They have also been so accommodating and understanding of this, helping to keep her calm and avoiding adding to her stress and not seeing her unnecessarily. It is a shame we have had cause to see so much of the vet but Will has certainly made a distressing and upsetting time much easier with his kindness. I also think their prices are reasonable and they have never pressured me into paying for additional and unnecessary treatments. Over the years we have been to 3 other local vets and this has no doubt been the best so far. Thank you Will.

Sadly a couple of months later I had to make the awful decision to have my dog put to sleep. This as any pet lover will know was heart-breaking but the staff were wonderful, so kind and considerate.
Today, a month after I have received a card in the post with some forget me nots seeds for me to plant. Such a lovely thought and totally unexpected.
I cannot rate these vets highly enough and only wish I had taken my dog here years ago. When the time comes for me to start thinking about having another dog I will not hesitate in choosing this as our vets.

Yesterday Merryn was spayed and we can't thank Will and the team at Rubery enough for taking such excellent care of her. We were especially anxious after losing a young dog last year and they really helped us as well as her. I know we aren't alone as family members have also had really positive experiences with the other surgeries in the group.Just a couple of hours after getting home she was enjoying the evening sun and then settling to sleep with her pal - Orla - even if separated for the night by a gate!!

All the staff were friendly and welcoming and very gentle with my cat who is very timid. The practice was warm and very clean. It didn't smell like a clinical area. I would strongly recommend the Rubery practice to anyone looking for a vet.

Such an amazing and friendly clinic that are so gentle with animals my granddaughter needed her Guinea pigs nails clipped and one groomed and they couldn't have been more helpful highly recommended and a special thank you to Veronica the nurse so friendly

Wonderful friendly staff i was greeted and treated so lovely there my cat lightning was so at ease with lovely vet Will and such a friendly vet too he listened to what i had to say about my cat my cat was so comfortable and at ease the whole time she was being examined such wonderful vets cant fault them !!!!! thankyou ! Highly recommend Rubery vets put my mind at rest my pets will be well looked after there . Thumbs up from me .

I could not possibly praise the Clent Hills teams Enough. My Little George received *****+ V.I.P treatment. It's a long story but we ended up visiting ALL three practices for assessments, surgery and post-op check ups. EVERY member of staff could not have been nicer, more helpful or more knowledgeable. From Doctors, nurses, receptionist and the call centre team. They all went above and beyond to make sure George was happy and healthy, treating her like she was their own cat. Personal touches from the night nurses texts saying "George has had TLC and is happy" and post op care sheets with her name on rather then "the cat" or "your animal". This leads me to believe the recruitment process to be a member of The Clent Hills team, is more strict and extensive then it is to join the Army. The entire team; Vets and Management went above and beyond to make Georges incredibly expensive lesson on how to not cross the road as affordable as possible for us because any alternative, was not an option. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FLUFFBALL ANYWHERE ELSE.Thank you Clent Hills

Cannot fault anyone or anything. Took my lovely pooch Alfie to these today( first time) professional, confident and happy staff. Ladies on reception welcomed us with lovely smiles.

Excellent, professional veterinary practice, can't recommend highly enough. Rod Stroud and his team have looked after my various zoo for nearly 20 years and I would not go anywhere else for vet advice, they always get me in however last minute it is and listen to what I have to say as they know I understand my animals. Faboooolus team and reception staff are all lovely friendly and welcoming.

The best vets I have been to by far...They looked after our dog harvey right up to the end and us too...We now take our puppy archie there as we know he will be treated with the same professional manner wonderful people

I first took my puppy storm here 8 years ago, the staff and vets make you feel individual and that your pet and you are special, their expertise is second to none,Rod the head vet is amazing, unfortunately around the age of five he diagnosed my German Shepherd as having pannus an immune system disease,that effects her eyes I was mortified, the sole care and attention he has given her is exemplary, Clent. Hills Vets ticks all the boxes, No.1 all the way, I highly recommend Clent hills vets, Hagley to anyone who love their pets the way we love ours,more than just a vets that's Clent hills all the way.
