We wanted to make our Memorial Pathway & Garden a special place for everyone in the Clent Hills family, that means our clients, their pets, and our team.
Our Garden is a work in progress and we look forward to seeing it grow and become a really special hideaway in the heart of Bromsgrove. There’s a small seating area and some beautiful plants, and we are working with a local school to add a piece of artwork that will represent the Rainbow Bridge.
Find out how you can get your pet’s name and a special message engraved on a brass commemorative plaque and added to our Memorial Pathway & Garden below.
Finding special ways to remember a pet can help you to focus on the wonderful times you shared with them. A commemorative plaque is a wonderfully visible and personal way to remember your pet.
Use our hassle-free ordering service to get a commemorative brass plaque created for your pet which can be added to our Memorial Pathway. Simply get in touch with our customer care team and we will take care of everything for you.
We will need to know what you would like engraved on your plaque, you can let us know in person, over the phone, or by email.
As the plaque engraving service is provided by an external supplier, a payment of £30 will be required to confirm your order, which can be paid in the normal way to our customer care team.
Your plaque should be ready to view within 2 weeks of confirming your order with us.
We have set up a partnership with a local business to create a sympathetically styled brass plaque that can be permanently fixed to our brick pathway. We chose to work solely with one supplier as we wanted to support a local business and also keep our pathway looking great for everyone to enjoy for years to come.
If you or a member of your family is finding it hard to cope with the loss of a pet, or you are struggling to make that difficult decision, as a valued client you can now benefit from our complimentary Pet Loss Bereavement Counselling Service.
Victoria is a customer care advisor as well as a trained counsellor and CBT therapist, and a much-loved member of our team. She is specifically trained to help you through pet bereavement and we encourage you to talk to her.
As well a bereavement, Victoria is also trained in trauma counselling and can help you deal with feelings that have arisen due to an accident or trauma your pet has experienced.
I’d just like to say a big thank you to Clent Hills on how well they handled the recent euthanasia of my 18 year old Cat and then two months later of my twelve and a half year old Staffie. I was a blubbering wreck on both occasions and from the time I went in to the time I returned to pick up their ashes, everyone was so helpful. It’s not a pleasant thing to have to do but I can honestly say having used Rod and his team now for nearly twenty years, I rate them very highly and thank them for looking after my pets through their full and fun lives.Mark Young, Facebook

Before we got our dogs I visited all the local vets and these guys were the only ones to give me really good advice and lots of information. So glad we chose them, I know whenever my fur babies need anything they are in the safest a of hands.N Hayhurst, Vet Help DIrect

Thankyou so much for looking after my springer spaniel Jess after she had some teeth removed. Staff are lovely and I was really impressed that we had a phone call to check that she was OK. Thankyou.Jayne Woodfield, Facebook
Absolutely brilliant place. Rarely take my cat to the vets unless he is really unwell as from previous experience I have a major distrust of their motives! Have been to Clent vets for the first time today with a poorly boy and it is totally different. Lovely place, we weren’t insured and you don’t feel like they’re playing on your love of your pet to bleed you dry! Would highly recommend.Esther Burgoyne, Google
