With the country in Lockdown 2.0, we wanted to reassure our clients that we are here for you and your pets. When it comes to pet healthcare, there’s no need to worry.
Our Bromsgrove and Hagley vet practices have remained open as normal, and our Rubery practice is also open but with some slight changes. This time around, our Pet Fitness & Rehab Centre has been able to stay open for pet-only rehabilitation appointments, thanks to the COVID-secure measures we’ve already put in place and the hard work and diligence shown by our team.
We’re seeing a significant increase in demand for our veterinary services so we wanted to let you know that there’s no need to panic, no need to stock up on products, and no need to cram in lots of your pet’s annual healthcare appointments right now.
Due to this increase, you may sometimes experience a longer wait for your appointment time. We’re still learning our new system too, so we kindly ask for your patience, we’re doing everything we can to overcome these issues.
To ensure that we’re able to best support our clients, we made the tough decision to put a temporary hold on registering new clients. We hope to be able to get back to welcoming new clients and their pets again soon.
Finally, just a quick reminder to keep washing your hands and using hand gels, always wear a face covering inside our practices, and keep to our 2-metre distancing requirements.
