Have been at Clent Hills vets for many many years in the past and recently again with our other dog. Can’t say enough good things about the staff and vets there as they are friendly and very professional. I would not go anywhere else.Jason Wedgburrow, Facebook
I had to take my cat for his annual booster on 28/12/2016, I was approached by Barbara who asked if it was OK for her to treat my cat. I was so shocked that she should even think that it would be a problem and it was all because I had lost my Jess to cancer earlier in the year and it was Barbara that had performed the operation, found it, and had to give me the bad news. Jess was relieved of her pain on April 9th 2016 and I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Clent Hills, especially Barbara, who I am glad to say can look after my cat any time she wants.
Thank you Clent Hills Bromsgrove, thank you so much and I wish you all a very Happy New Year.Kenneth Anthony Jones, Facebook

Thankyou so much for looking after my springer spaniel Jess after she had some teeth removed. Staff are lovely and I was really impressed that we had a phone call to check that she was OK. Thankyou.Jayne Woodfield, Facebook
Thank you to all of the staff at Hagley for their compassion, care and professionalism. Podge has been given the best chance of living longer due to the treatment he has received. We cannot thank you enough for helping us have our furry boy with us still. A special mention to Rod who is amazing. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best for their pet. Everyone here is absolutely lovely, vets, assistants and receptionists, all of them so so lovely, compassionate, caring, helpful and thoughtful. Have been using them for about ten years, they know us and our furkids (old and young) so well, wouldn’t go anywhere else with my fur babies.
