Thank you so much to all of the staff at Clent Hills who have given so much love and care to our lovely Zhu Zhu (and us!) over the past 2 weeks, since she lost her leg. We can never thank you nor recommend you highly enough!Angela Kearn, Facebook
A great big “Thank You” to everyone at Clent Hills who has taken care of Sebastien over the past 5 days! It’s been a really upsetting time but he seems totally unfazed by the whole experience! Hopefully he won’t be eating any more Night Nurse capsules….Theagh Bytheway, Facebook
A huge thank you to Sophie who de-matted our cat Ethel last week, she is a very happy cat now and you made a great job of her coat…. Can’t thank you enough for looking after her and sorting out her problem. Clent Hills are so professional and really put their clients first, both ladies on reception were very professional and helpful and the vet who admitted Ethel was lovely. Thanks again.Melissa Stokes - Blakedown, Facebook

I had to take my cat for his annual booster on 28/12/2016, I was approached by Barbara who asked if it was OK for her to treat my cat. I was so shocked that she should even think that it would be a problem and it was all because I had lost my Jess to cancer earlier in the year and it was Barbara that had performed the operation, found it, and had to give me the bad news. Jess was relieved of her pain on April 9th 2016 and I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Clent Hills, especially Barbara, who I am glad to say can look after my cat any time she wants.
Thank you Clent Hills Bromsgrove, thank you so much and I wish you all a very Happy New Year.Kenneth Anthony Jones, Facebook
