Very sympathetic and knowledgeable.Satisfied Customer
We visited today for the first time, I can see why they are voted the best in Bromsgrove ! Lovely clean fresh facility, great idea to not only have a cat’s corner, but a cat only clinic! Barbara our vet was very compassionate, kind and genuine! Guinness loved her which means a lot to me as the last couple of times we have been to a vet’s my poor Guinn couldn’t stop shaking!! Lovely helpful Staff, very very clean premises and a lot cheaper than my previous place!!Katie W, Best of Bromsgrove
Thank you to all of the staff at Hagley for their compassion, care and professionalism. Podge has been given the best chance of living longer due to the treatment he has received. We cannot thank you enough for helping us have our furry boy with us still. A special mention to Rod who is amazing. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants the best for their pet. I cannot recommend Clent hills enough and will sing their praises to anyone who will listen….. The staff today brought my luna back from the brink of death….. I genuinely thought she was dead not moving or breathing no heartbeat…. I turn up in a right state and I’m taken straight through to one of the most dedicated vets I have ever known… luna was worked on for twenty minutes tirelessly Barbara and the nurse refused to give up on my girl and I will be forever grateful to you and your amazing team for bringing my girl back to me…. x xHannah Stokes, Facebook
