Customer Care Advisor - Part Time

Would you like to join our team?

We are looking for a motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Care team, which makes client care their priority.

The role

The position is a flexible role supporting all 3 branches working both on reception and in our telephone bank. The position is part-time and will include shifts that finish at 7pm and can run over. You will work a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and will be required to have the flexibility to work additional hours when needed. Shifts will not form a set working pattern but you will know what shifts will be required on a weekly basis in advance. These shifts will cover all 3 of our branches and will include some weekend work.

This position includes working an occasional bank holiday on a rota basis.

Successful candidate

Being the first point of contact for our clients you must reflect a professional and friendly image at all times. Our practice strongly believes in offering outstanding customer care that sets us apart and as a team, we take pride in the service we offer. We are looking for an individual who will commit to that ethos.

We are seeking someone who can work effectively in a busy, fast paced environment sometimes under pressure. You will need to be adaptable and able to learn quickly, as well as being organised and able to multitask.

Skills and experience

You will need to be IT literate and have the ability to handle a range of administrative work. Previous experience working in customer services is required.


Starting Salary- £8.21 per hour. Benefits include a staff discount and enrolment on a health plan, pension and reward scheme after 3 months of service. There is a salary increase at 6 months (£8.50 per hour), if training, attendance and performance criteria are met.

8am Wednesday 17th April 2019. You should be available for interview 24th – 25th April 2019.
