Click & Collect

Order medication (repeat prescriptions / flea & worm treatments) and pet food using our Click & Collect service.  

If a Meds Check with a Vet is needed, we will arrange this with you. 

• Delivery – Some medications/parasite treatments can be posted. State in the comments box if you’d prefer delivery and we'll confirm if this is possible. A postage fee will apply.  

• Payment – Please pay on collection or online. For deliveries, we require an online payment confirmation to despatch your items.   

• Collection – If we have your item(s) in stock we can normally offer a 1-2 day turnaround. Our supplier delivery days are Tuesdays and Thursdays if we need to order items in. We will contact you once your order is ready. 

• Reducing our carbon footprint - We've reduced our supplier deliveries from 5 to 2 days per week, which will save thousands of carbon miles per year. If you know your pet is running out of an item, use the order form below or give us a call and we can help you plan ahead.
