COVID-19 Update
Some of the services and facilities described on our website and in our client booklets currently might differ, or may not be available due to COVID-19. See our COVID-19 Guidelines for the most up-to-date information.
Separate, Comfortable Wards
We have separate patient wards for cats, dogs and small furries to reduce any unnecessary stress on your pets. Our patient wards include individual pet housing to suit all shapes and sizes, with soft bedding and blankets to keep your pet warm.*
Special Care & Attention
Your pet will be well looked after by our nursing team who will ensure they are comfortable, including adequate refreshments, toilet breaks and exercise. Please let us know if your pet has any special dietary or other needs and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Hospitalisation & ICU
For patients staying overnight during the week, our veterinary nurses will look after them 24/7, monitoring them, and administering treatment. Our facilities are well equipped for intensive care treatment and fluid therapy to ensure your pet has access to the highest level of care. Our vets are on call during the week out of hours for patient needs.
Weekend overnight hospitalisation and out of hours emergency care will be provided by our colleagues at VetsNow.
If your pet is or needs to hospitalised prior to 5pm on a Saturday, our veterinary team will discuss options with you for overnight weekend care. This may require you to take your pet to VetsNow in Worcester or Oldbury.
Emergency Treatment
If your pet needs emergency treatment out of hours, our nursing team will perform first aid and contact our 24-hour emergency vets to assist.
