We’re here to help you & your pet

Weekend appointments

For your convenience, we offer vet and nurse appointments at all our locations on a Saturday, and also on a Sunday at our Bromsgrove practice. To book an appointment, simply book online, call us or pop in and see our team.

Home visits

We recognise that while the best treatment facilities are in our clinics, there are circumstances where a home visit may be more appropriate for your pet. Call us before 10am to request a home visit and we will endeavour to provide an approximate arrival time later in the day. Please be aware there is a charge for home visits, ask our team for more details.

Out of hours emergency care

If your pet is taken ill or suffers an injury outside of our normal opening hours, call our Emergency line on 01527 889810. If your pet needs to be seen straight away you will be asked to bring them to our Bromsgrove practice and will be seen by our partner company, Bromsgrove Emergency Care.

Priority given to urgent cases

We will always do our best to keep to your allotted appointment time, however, sometimes events happen outside of our control and we must give priority to urgent cases. We ask for your understanding should this happen and will update you if there is going to be a significant delay.

Waiting for your appointment

We kindly ask you to keep dogs on a lead in the waiting area to ensure the safety and comfort of all our visitors, and keep cats and other small animals in a secure basket at all times to ensure they are as relaxed as possible and separate from neighbouring dogs.
