We offer Saturday appointments at Bromsgrove, Hagley and Rubery, and we’re open on Sundays too at our Bromsgrove practice.
Whilst the best treatment facilities are at our clinics, we understand there are occasions when a home visit may be more appropriate for your pet. Call us before 10am to request this and we will do our best to provide an approximate arrival time later in the day. Please note, home visits are chargeable, ask our team for more details.
If you have an emergency out of hours, please call our Emergency line on 01527 889810. Should your pet need to be seen by a vet straight away, you will be asked to bring them to our Bromsgrove practice where they will be seen by our partner company, Bromsgrove Emergency Care.
We offer a cat only clinic at our Bromsgrove practice on a Tuesday lunchtime, during which we don’t book any dogs in for consultations. Some dogs may come in unannounced, however, we will always try to minimise any contact with your cat.
I recently registered my cat Custard here and booked her in to be spayed and microchipped. I’m glad I chose this practice, everyone is so nice and caring and communicated every step of the way – even asking me whether I wanted them to operate through her side or tummy (apparently on this breed some owners don’t want a scar on the side). I had to take my cat for his annual booster on 28/12/2016, I was approached by Barbara who asked if it was OK for her to treat my cat. I was so shocked that she should even think that it would be a problem and it was all because I had lost my Jess to cancer earlier in the year and it was Barbara that had performed the operation, found it, and had to give me the bad news. Jess was relieved of her pain on April 9th 2016 and I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Clent Hills, especially Barbara, who I am glad to say can look after my cat any time she wants.
