From 1st January 2023, we will be asking all clients pay a deposit for all hospitalisation and procedures (excluding neutering).
This deposit can be paid any time from the time of booking until the morning of your pets’ admission appointment on their procedure day.
You will be required to pay 50% of your estimated bill before we can admit the patient.
If a deposit has not been paid at the time we are due to carry out the procedure, we will not be able to proceed with the planned treatment.
For clients planning on claiming their treatment from Petplan or Vetsure – you will be required to pay your insurance excess. It is the policyholder’s responsibility to know their excess, the practice would have no knowledge of this. Please come prepared with policy details at your admission appointment.
Direct claims are only offered to those insured with Petplan or Vetsure. If you are insured with any other insurer, you will be required to settle the full account on the day of the procedure.
