Can’t speak highly enough of Clent Hills. My dog recently had a really bad tick infestation. I rang them at midnight as I was really concerned for my dog – they calmed me down and saw her at 1.00am! Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.Laura U, Best of Bromsgrove
Thank you once again for the excellent care you have given to Willow during and after her TPLO surgery, as always from reception staff, nurses and vets you all show such a genuine care for the animals that are with you and patience with me and my phone calls and questions. Can’t thank you enough 🙂Sharon Edwards, Facebook
Clent hills vets are amazing, they’re very professional yet friendly. You know that when you have your pets in their care they are well looked after and in good hands. My rabbit was took in not long ago who sadly passed away and they were so empathetic and caring. Everything I needed in regards to support or any questions I had to ask they answered in detail and sympathetically. I wouldn’t have my pets going to any other vets and have recommended to family and friends who now take their pets to Clent Hills too. Thank you for all the hard work you do.Sadie Goddard, Facebook
Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff at Clent Hills Vets who have been fantastic with my Guinea Pig Martha over the last few weeks. Not only that but they have been very reassuring and not once dismissed my worry over her. She’s back home today after a procedure to flush her bladder and is currently munching away on her hay so is doing really well. See you all again in a few days for her post op checkup!Gemma Mallett, Facebook
Thankyou so much for looking after my springer spaniel Jess after she had some teeth removed. Staff are lovely and I was really impressed that we had a phone call to check that she was OK. Thankyou.Jayne Woodfield, Facebook
An amazing vet group which I’ve been going to for over 13 years. Brilliant vets (especially Rod) who couldn’t be more caring, attentive and ‘spot on’ with any diagnosis. Highly recommend.Sarah Russell, Facebook
I had to take my cat for his annual booster on 28/12/2016, I was approached by Barbara who asked if it was OK for her to treat my cat. I was so shocked that she should even think that it would be a problem and it was all because I had lost my Jess to cancer earlier in the year and it was Barbara that had performed the operation, found it, and had to give me the bad news. Jess was relieved of her pain on April 9th 2016 and I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Clent Hills, especially Barbara, who I am glad to say can look after my cat any time she wants.
Thank you Clent Hills Bromsgrove, thank you so much and I wish you all a very Happy New Year.Kenneth Anthony Jones, Facebook
My dog actually enjoys going to the vets as Clent Hills are so friendly and welcoming he doesn’t get nervous. Thank you.Anne S, Best of Bromsgrove
