Today was one of the most heartbreaking days Mark and I have endured. Thank you to the receptionist and the Vet Laura for your kindness dealing with two emotional wrecks. I can’t imagine what your waiting clients thought but we know we made the right decision for Suki who gave us fifteen years of love and companionship. We’re grateful for your kindness and patience.Julie Houghton, Facebook
Thank you once again for the excellent care you have given to Willow during and after her TPLO surgery, as always from reception staff, nurses and vets you all show such a genuine care for the animals that are with you and patience with me and my phone calls and questions. Can’t thank you enough 🙂Sharon Edwards, Facebook

I had to take my cat for his annual booster on 28/12/2016, I was approached by Barbara who asked if it was OK for her to treat my cat. I was so shocked that she should even think that it would be a problem and it was all because I had lost my Jess to cancer earlier in the year and it was Barbara that had performed the operation, found it, and had to give me the bad news. Jess was relieved of her pain on April 9th 2016 and I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Clent Hills, especially Barbara, who I am glad to say can look after my cat any time she wants.
Thank you Clent Hills Bromsgrove, thank you so much and I wish you all a very Happy New Year.Kenneth Anthony Jones, Facebook
Koby my chocolate lab had a small op on friday and was given lots of love from his favourite nurse emma. I walked in to get him and was told that the pair were inseparable!! He’s making a great recovery and sends lots of licks to his favourite nurse emma.Sarah Wheeler, Facebook
Thankyou so much for looking after my springer spaniel Jess after she had some teeth removed. Staff are lovely and I was really impressed that we had a phone call to check that she was OK. Thankyou.Jayne Woodfield, Facebook
