Excellent patient care

Whether your pet is with us for the day or needs to stay overnight, we provide secure, warm and comfortable accommodation with lots of love and attention from our team.

Separate comfortable wards

We have separate patient wards for cats, dogs and small furries to reduce any unnecessary stress on your pets. Our patient wards include individual pet housing to suit all shapes and sizes, with soft bedding and blankets to keep your pet warm.

Our newest surgery at Rubery is the smallest of our three practices. Currently our waiting room and patient ward are communal areas for all pets, however, each pet will have their own secure and comfortable accommodation during their stay with us. If your pet struggles to be around other types of pets, please let us know and we will do our best to provide some separation, or we may suggest that we see them at our Bromsgrove or Hagley clinics instead.

24/7 nursing & ICU

For patients staying overnight, our nurses will look after them 24/7, monitoring them and administering treatment. Our facilities are well equipped for intensive care treatment and fluid therapy to ensure your pet has access to the highest level of care.

Emergency treatment

If your pet needs emergency treatment out of hours, our nursing team will perform first aid and contact our 24-hour emergency vets to assist. Bromsgrove Emergency Care are on call whenever our clinics are closed and operate out of our Bromsgrove surgery.
