[contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]Our highly experienced vets and nurses have a full suite of veterinary facilities at their fingertips to help them diagnose and treat a range of conditions and injuries.
From acute and emergency situations like accidents and poisons to long-term conditions such as arthritis and diabetes, and from fractures and wounds to allergies and dental hygiene, your pet will be cared for by our dedicated team and state-of-the-art facilities.
We’ve designed our veterinary facilities with your pets’ needs in mind, from the moment they walk through our doors. We have separate cat and dog waiting areas and patient wards at our Bromsgrove and Hagley practices, and our prep rooms are at the heart of our clinical facilities so that your pet can be carefully monitored and cared for before, during and after their procedure.
Our pet fitness and rehabilitation facilities include a state-of-the-art underwater treadmill and a heated canine hydrotherapy pool. Learn how these could benefit your pet’s health & wellbeing.
Your pet will be settled into our comfortable and secure in-patient wards and given lots of love and attention from our team. We have separate cat & dog wards at Bromsgrove and Hagley and if your pet needs to stay overnight, we provide a fully qualified overnight team at our Bromsgrove practice.
We’re proud to have a total of four state-of-the-art, sterile operating theatres and a separate dentistry suite at Clent Hills, giving our team ample capacity to carry out routine and more complex procedures for pets across Worcestershire.
Our Bromsgrove practice is set up for intensive care and fluid therapy for patients requiring critical care. We also provide a 24/7 emergency pet care service from here.
Our digital x-ray machine provides instant visuals to help our team see a variety of internal injuries and health issues. It’s a non-invasive way of looking inside your pet’s body, to help diagnose certain conditions. A big advantage of a digital x-ray is that the images are instant and can be emailed to specialist referral centres when needed.
An ultrasound machine uses sound waves to create black & white images, enabling our vets to see inside some of your pet’s internal organs. This non-invasive diagnostic tool can help with fast diagnosis of health problems and confirming canine pregnancies.
An endoscope is a tiny camera that sits on the end of a flexible or rigid tube and assists our vets in diagnosing health problems, taking biopsies and performing keyhole surgery. Not all veterinary practices have this highly specialised piece of equipment in-house.
Clent Hills’ in-house laboratory enables our vets to do blood and cell tissue tests and get same-day results. We also use a trusted external laboratory service for more specialised tests, with a fast turnaround for swift diagnosis.
