In March 2020, the COVID-19 outbreak changed the way veterinary practices could operate. To help stop the spread of Coronavirus and protect staff, clients, the wider community, and the NHS, Clent Hills Vets implemented a variety of measures during the days and weeks that followed adhering to government restrictions, BVA guidelines, and social distancing requirements.
On March 24th, the Hagley & Rubery vet practices and Pet Fitness & Rehab Centre closed indefinitely. Bromsgrove remained open to provide telephone consults and essential/urgent pet care. Hagley reopened on April 6th for collections only. See our current COVID-19 Guidelines
With the Government easing lockdown restrictions across the country, and following advice from the BVA (British Veterinary Association) and RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons), we were able to reopen our Rubery practice from July 3rd, and our Pet Fitness & Rehab Centre, both in a reduced capacity. All Clent Hills locations adopted new safety measures and equipment to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Find out more
